We want you to love your Chilango Home products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: personalized/monogrammed items, items marked as final sale, items that have been used, washed, or altered, and gift cards.
Contact us via email at hello@chilangohome.com or WhatsApp with your order folio number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders). Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
